PRODUCTS PRICING AND SALE/PURCHASE DEFINITIONS
“Retail Price” is defined as HWM’s product’s non-promotional price on our Site. “Promotional or Special or Offer Price” is defined as HWM’s product on promotional price. Any product on promotional price is for a limited time only and while stock lasts basis. Prices are clearly specified to you prior to your purchase and at the point of order confirmation. Prices may occasionally contain errors and omissions and we ensure to the best of our endeavors that they are accurate and reserve our rights to correct any error occurring in any price or product description and any purchase order that may have been completed based on the erroneous representation. HWM is not obliged to sell any product with the incorrect prices.
